I am a former multi-sport athlete with over 8 years of full-time personal training experience. My areas of expertise are in weight loss, sports performance and post rehab/corrective exercise. I have worked with hundreds of clients and have an effective and positive approach to helping them reach their goals. My mindset is that everyone has the ability to succeed. It is the goal of myself as the trainer to help them realize that for themselves and provide them sound guidance in the process.

Brandon's Bio
I specialize in weight loss, lean weight gain, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and body prep for photo shoots and competition. I also do extended physical therapy for those looking to increase deficient muscles or joints. I am the trainer for people of all ages and all walks of life, all stages of life, and any goal you have I can help get you there. I love my profession and it loves me back I have been so very blessed to do what I do in so many ways please let me share my knowledge with you time tested techniques combined with cutting edge innovation.

Matt Thomas's Bio
As a former collegiate athlete, and currently competitive powerlifter, I have many years of experience within a gym. While attending college, I trained numerous athletes, in multiple sports, as a strength and conditioning coach. My niche is primarily in sports performance. However, I have worked with clients at all levels of fitness, with various goals outside of sports performance.
My coaching mentality is to equip my clients with the tools they need to succeed, and how to approach everything in life with intent. My goal is that every client leaves my instruction with the tools needed to succeed on their own inside as well as outside of the gym.
Achievements:
- High School: Track (2x all-conference, 1x all-state, school record holder in Discus)
- College: Track (2x NCCAA All-American, 1x NCCAA National Champion in Discus, school record holder in discus)
- Recently: 2023 APA/WPA 242 open drug-tested division world champion
