Freeweights

We have barbells, dumbbells, squat racks and benches, the core of any good strength training program.  Whether you’re an Olympic lifter, a powerlifter, a casual lifter or a first-time lifter, you’ll find everything you need to lift heavier and get stronger.

Strength Machines

We have a broad selection of strength machines to help you get stronger. With selected strength machines, you can target individual areas and muscle groups and attack them from different angles. We make sure you have the best equipment possible to help you succeed. Whether you want to bulk up, get lean or get stronger, we have everything you need to achieve your goals.

Cardio

Looking to work up a sweat?  Cardio machines are among the most popular amenities at our gym.  With elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, stair masters and more, we have the tools to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Some of our members use cardio to warm up and others use it to build endurance. Whatever your fitness goals, we’ll help you step it up on top-of-the-line machines.

Indoor Track

Most gyms are limited to basic weight training and cardio equipment, but very few gyms also come with an indoor running track. Why? Well, there are two big reasons; one- they are often expensive; two- they require too much space. However, having an indoor track comes as a great blessing, especially if you hate running on the treadmill, or you don’t trust the weather at your place. More than that, if you are an athlete, having a running track within your gym can really boost your performance. An indoor walking track is also a great facility, used to warm up before an action-packed gym session. The track is 1/16th of a mile.
