Blue Springs Fitness is a full-service Fitness Center, located at 1300 North 7 Highway, in Blue Springs, Missouri. We are open 365 days a year, and we pride ourselves on being the friendliest gym in the Kansas City area. As far as we’re concerned, our members are like family. Once people come for a visit, they never want to go anyplace else.
Some of our services include a full range of jogging and stair machines, smith machines, indoor track, very extensive free weight room, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi, tanning beds, personal trainers, nutritional experts, massage therapist, daycare, supplement shop, and even a complete hair salon!
