Yes I know it’s cold. VERY COLD! However, you can’t let that stop you from continuing on your journey to weight loss, muscle gain, or whatever you goal may be. Blue Springs Fitness will be open whether there is 3 feet of snow on the ground, or the wind chill is 30 below! We will always be open to make sure you are capable of getting your workouts in.
The good thing about this club is the fact that we have an indoor track as well. So if treadmills aren’t your thing, you can still walk around our indoor track, because I’m sure you don’t want to walk around your neighborhood this winter.
This is also a great time of year to jump in our hot tub, or get in the sauna or steam room to warm up and relax. Either way Blue Springs Fitness has got you covered, and we will be open regardless of incliment weather.
